Buyer resources

Know what to expect before you buy

Liquidation inventory is different from traditional wholesale. This guide explains our buyer requirements, common condition terms and transaction process.

Buyer requirements

  • Purchases are business-to-business and generally sold by the full truckload or stated lot.
  • Business credentials, a resale certificate or additional verification may be requested.
  • Inventory is subject to prior sale until payment and terms are confirmed.

Common condition terms

Overstock
Excess inventory that may be new, retail-ready or in original packaging.
Shelf pulls
Merchandise removed from retail shelves; packaging may show labels, handling or cosmetic wear.
Customer returns
Mixed-condition products that may be new, opened, used, incomplete, damaged or nonfunctional.
Salvage
Higher-risk merchandise generally intended for parts, repair or secondary recovery.

Manifests, photos and inspections

When available, manifests and photos are provided as supporting information—not a guarantee of exact counts, condition or value. Buyers should complete their own due diligence and request clarification before purchase.
