These terms govern use of this website. Final sale terms are established in the applicable invoice, purchase order or written agreement.

This site is intended for qualified business buyers and inventory sellers. Submitting a form does not create a contract or reserve inventory.

Listings and availability

Listings, photos, manifests, quantities, estimated retail values and condition descriptions are informational and may contain variances. Inventory is subject to prior sale, verification and final written terms.

Buyer due diligence

Liquidation merchandise may include mixed conditions and incomplete, damaged or nonfunctional items. Buyers are responsible for evaluating available information, requesting clarification and determining suitability for their market.

Transactions

Pricing, payment, freight, pickup, title, risk of loss, inspection rights, claims and any warranties are governed by the final transaction documents. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
